As a resource Person on "Self-awareness" for Sub Inspectors at PTC, Anantapur on 16th October 2024. 300 trainee sub inspectors participated in the training.
Self- awareness includes
- Understanding about one's self
- Identifying Strengths, weakness, opportunities and threats
- Empathy and sympathy
- Training the psyche to acquire better skills.
